FAQs
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes — minimum order quantities apply to wholesale accounts and vary by product SKU. Specific MOQs are shared during the application review process. We work with partners to find an opening order structure that makes sense for your business.
What are the wholesale pricing terms?
We offer competitive wholesale pricing with tiered volume discounts. Pricing details are shared with qualified applicants after an initial conversation with our partnerships team. We're transparent — no surprises.
Can I sell STWUI products on Amazon or other marketplaces?
We will make the decision based on the market you are in. If it is an online market in a country where we already have a presence, then we will not be able to grant you the Amazon authorization.
Marketplace selling rights (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) are addressed as part of the authorized reseller agreement. Unauthorized marketplace listings are not permitted. If marketplace distribution is part of your model, note it in your application so we can discuss the right structure.
Do you provide dropshipping arrangements?
We do not offer dropshipping through the standard wholesale program at this time. All wholesale orders are fulfilled to a partner's designated warehouse or distribution address. If you have a specific fulfillment model in mind, reach out and let's talk through it.
What are your payment terms for wholesale orders?
Payment terms for wholesale accounts are confirmed as part of the onboarding process. Accepted payment methods and net terms (if applicable) are discussed and documented in your wholesale agreement.
I'm based outside the U.S. Can I still apply?
STWUI currently ships and sells within the contiguous United States. For international distribution inquiries, please email sale@stwui.com with "International Distribution" in the subject line and we'll let you know where things stand.
