Warranty Coverage

Product Warranty Period
Projector Screen (screen fabric) 1 year from date of purchase
Projector Stand & Frame (poles, base plates, tripod stands) 1 year from date of purchase
Accessories (ground stakes, wind ropes, carry bag, hex screws, wrench) Not covered

This warranty applies to products purchased through STWUI.com and is valid for delivery addresses within the contiguous United States only.

 


What This Warranty Covers

If a covered STWUI product fails due to a confirmed manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, we'll work with you on a resolution. Depending on the situation, that may include:

Troubleshooting support to identify and fix the issue

Replacement parts when a specific component is confirmed defective

Full product replacement when that's the right call

Store credit as an alternative resolution where applicable

We cover defects that happen under normal use — things like a stand pole that breaks at a joint without misuse, screen material that tears along a factory seam, or structural hardware that fails as-received. If it's our fault, we own it.

 


What Is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Accessories — ground stakes, wind ropes, carry bags, hex screws, and wrenches are not covered under this warranty

Misuse or improper setup — damage caused by assembly errors, overloading, or use outside the product instructions

Accidental damage — drops, impacts, punctures, or any damage from physical accidents

Weather-related damage — exposure to extreme weather events beyond the product's intended use (severe storms, flooding, etc.)

Normal wear and tear — gradual degradation from regular use over time

Unauthorized modifications — any alteration or repair made by a third party voids the warranty

Cosmetic damage — surface scratches, scuffs, or discoloration that don't affect product function

Products without valid proof of purchase

Lost or stolen products

Products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers

Warranty Conditions

To be eligible for warranty support, the following conditions must be met:

The product was purchased through STWUI.com or an authorized STWUI reseller

A valid order number or proof of purchase can be provided

The issue is reported within the applicable warranty period

The product has been used under normal conditions and in accordance with the included instructions

The warranty is registered to the original purchaser and is non-transferable

 


How to File a Warranty Claim

Email support@stwui.com with the following:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos or a short video showing the defect

We'll review your claim within 1–2 business days and let you know the next step. No lengthy forms, no sending you in circles.

Please note: Warranty claims for product defects must be submitted within the applicable warranty period. Claims submitted after the warranty has expired cannot be processed.

 


How This Relates to Our Return Policy

This limited warranty is separate from our standard return policy.

Within 60 days of delivery: Eligible items may be returned for any reason under our standard Return & Refund Policy. No defect required.

After 60 days: Confirmed manufacturing defects may still be covered under this 1-year limited warranty, if applicable.

Both policies can work in your favor depending on the situation — if you're not sure which applies, reach out and we'll point you in the right direction.

 


Shipping Responsibility

STWUI covers return shipping when:

We've confirmed a manufacturing defect and arranged a return or replacement

You are responsible for return shipping when:

Returning a product for reasons unrelated to a confirmed defect

Submitting a warranty claim on a product that is found, upon inspection, to be functioning correctly

The product was taken outside the original delivery address country

When STWUI provides a prepaid return shipping label, we take responsibility for any damage or loss that occurs in transit. When the buyer arranges return shipping independently, responsibility for transit damage or loss rests with the buyer.

 


Limitation of Warranty

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It is limited to the remedies described above — replacement, repair, or store credit — at STWUI's discretion.

Except as expressly stated in this policy, STWUI makes no other warranties, express or implied. STWUI is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state.
